IRON WHEEL GUEST RANCH POLICIES 

Bed & Breakfast 

  • Reservations must be made using a valid a credit card.  A 50% deposit is required to confirm your lodging reservation. We accept Visa, MasterCard, & Discover, Check, or Cash.
  • IWGR cancellation policy(groups of less than 10):
    • Full refund if you cancel more than 48 before arrival.
    • 24-48 hours before arrival your deposit will be forfeited in full.
    • <24 hours before your arrival, the remaining 50% will be charged in full to your card.

 

  • IWGR cancellation policy(groups over 10):
    • 100% refund-  60 days before arrival
    • Deposit non-refundable – 30 days before arrival
    • If a reservation is cancelled within 30 days of your stay payment in full is required and will be charged in full to your card.

Trail Rides

  •       Must be at least 8 years old to ride
  •       250# weight limit
  •       Close-toed shoes are mandatory
  •       Long pants are required
  •       Cowboy/sunhats are not allowed without a stampede string, available upon request.

If a check is returned, there will be a $100 fee on top of the bank fees.
